At Hayouhi, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every piece.
Warranty
Silver and gold jewelry: 1-year warranty.
Jewelry featuring gemstones or pearls: 6-month warranty.
If an issue occurs within this period and is confirmed not to be the customer’s fault, the repair or replacement will be provided free of charge.
All orders come with a warranty & authenticity card that indicates the purchase date and jewelry details. This card serves as proof of warranty and should be kept for any future claims.
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Scratches, dents, or surface damage
- Tarnishing or natural oxidation over time
- Damage caused by improper use, storage, or exposure to water, perfume, or chemicals
- Accidental damage or misuse
Gold-plated jewelry is considered a delicate finish and may naturally fade over time, depending on wear and care. We do not guarantee long-term durability of gold plating, and fading is not considered a defect. Customers acknowledge full responsibility for understanding the nature of gold-plated items. However, re-plating services are available for an additional fee if needed.
Lifetime Jewelry Care
At Hayouhi, every piece deserves to shine for a lifetime. All our customers enjoy complimentary lifetime polishing and cleaning services for their Hayouhi jewelry.

Repairs
We offer repair services for all Hayouhi jewelry.
- Repairs within the warranty period are free of charge if the issue is not caused by the customer
- Repairs outside the warranty period, or due to wear and tear, are subject to a fee ranging from 2000 to 5000 AMD, depending on the complexity of the work
Important Information
- All repair requests must be discussed with and approved by our team before the item is sent back to us
- Repair timelines may vary depending on the type of repair
- Customers may be responsible for delivery/shipping costs
- Any unauthorized repairs or modifications will void the warranty
