This website is operated by Hayouhi Brand. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Hayouhi.

We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from it, conditioned upon your acceptance of these Terms.

Products & Orders

All products are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, colors, or details will be completely error-free due to display differences.

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse or cancel any order
• Limit quantities per order or customer
• Modify or discontinue products at any time without notice

An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment and confirmation email.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Armenian Drams (AMD).

We accept the following payment methods:

• Bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, ArCa, American Express)
• Idram (including Rocket Line installment option)
• Telcell and Fast Shift payment systems
• Cash on delivery (Yerevan only, where applicable)

We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times and costs are stated on our Shipping & Delivery page.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or external circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to conditions outlined in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Non-returnable items include:

• Earrings and ear cuffs (for hygiene reasons)
• Customized or personalized items
• Final sale items

All return/exchange requests must be approved before items are sent back.

Warranty

All jewelry comes with a 2-month warranty covering manufacturing defects only.

Gold-plated jewelry is considered a delicate finish and may naturally fade over time. This is not considered a defect, and customers acknowledge responsibility for understanding its nature. Re-plating services are available for an additional fee.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including designs, images, logos, and product descriptions is the property of Hayouhi and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without permission.

User Responsibility

By using this website, you agree:

• To provide accurate information when placing orders
• Not to misuse or attempt to interfere with website functionality
• Not to engage in fraudulent or unauthorized transactions

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:
