Production Process

Every Hayouhi piece begins with an idea, a moment of inspiration that turns into something meaningful, wearable, and lasting.

We start by sketching each design by hand, shaping the first visual concept of the piece. From there, our designer transforms the sketch into a detailed 3D model, refining proportions, structure, and every small detail before production begins.

Once the design is finalized, it moves into production, where it is 3D printed with precision. After printing, the piece is cast in sterling silver or gold, depending on the design.

The next stages bring the jewelry to life: careful polishing, precise stone setting, and hand finishing that ensures every piece carries a refined, individual touch. All of this is done in our small, fully equipped workshop, which contains all necessary professional tools and machinery and follows European quality standards.

Every finished piece undergoes strict manual quality control. We carefully inspect each item for any cracks, scratches, or imperfections to ensure it meets our standards before it reaches you.

Once approved, the jewelry is carefully cleaned, polished, and packaged with attention to every detail.

We also offer repair services for our pieces, ensuring they can be worn and cherished for years to come.
