Return & Exchange Window

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn and in original condition
• Returned in original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt)

All return and exchange requests must be approved by our team before the item is sent back.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and production reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

• Earrings
• Ear cuffs
• Customized or personalized orders
• Final sale items

These items are considered final sale.

Exchanges & Availability

• Exchanges are subject to product availability
• If the requested item is out of stock, an exchange cannot be processed
• In such cases, we may offer an alternative solution based on availability

Refunds & Shipping

• Shipping costs are non-refundable
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect
• If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
